Joint-stock Company "Expobank” offers opening and service of current accounts for business companies.
One shall open such account before submitting application for state registration of business companies. Such accounts are obligatory for limited and supplementary liability companies as to proceed the registration every partner must deposit to statutory fund at least 30% of the amount stated in the foundation documents.
There may be opened only one statutory fund formation account in national or foreign currency.
Capital shall be transferred to statutory fund formation account by the founders and partners before company’s registration as a legal body (i.e. by the moment of state registration of the company).
Such account starts being operated only after state registration documents are submitted to the Bank. In case of state registration refusal or in other cases under the law of Ukraine the Bank closes the account and returns the capital to the depositors.
