Our Bank opens offices at the territory of all "MegaMarkets" in: Hodosivka, Kyiv region, Brovary, Kyiv region, in Kyiv: Gorkoho str., 50, Get'mana str., 6, Moskovskiy avenue, 6, Surikova str., 6.

June - Office № 3 of Kharkiv regional branch moved from 126, Plekhanivs'ka street, to new office at 6, Simferopol's'kyi side-street, Since 09.06.2010 the new official address of Office № 3 of Kharkiv regional branch is: 6, Simferopol's'kyi side-street, Kharkiv, 61093, phone: (057) 763-16-22.

December - the Bank changed it's name - instead of OJSC "CB "Expobank" now it has new name - Joint-stock Company "Expobank" or shortly - JSC "Expobank".

September - the Bank opened new offices in Kharkiv, 43, Katsars'ka str., and in Kremenchuk, Poltava region,  1, Zhovtneva street. Offices perfoms all the services of our Bank.

February - Office №1 of Kharkiv regional branch moved to other office-building: 40, Plekhanivs'ka street, Kharkiv.

December - Kharkiv regional branch moved to other office-building: 26, Kosmichna street, Kharkiv

November – Bank opened new office in Kharkiv, Darvina str.,12 (Office №4 of Kharkiv regional branch), and in Odessa, Vasulya Stusa str., 2/1 (Office №1 of Odesa regional branch)

August – Kremenchuk office (Poltava regional branch) is opened.

August – The Bank obtains State Committee for Securities and Stock Market Certificate No 182/1/08 that registers EXPOBANK shares issue in the amount of 188 895 200 UAH and certifies statutory capital and statute changes according to which the statutory capital of Open Joint-Stock Company “Commercial Bank EXPOBANK” increases by 100 million UAH and amounts to 188 895 200 UAH.

June – Odesa branch is opened.

1. Mykolayiv and Poltava branch are opened.

2. The Chairman of the Board Yuriy Getmanenko is awarded a diploma for innovation technologies introduction and brand development.

3. The Mayor of Kyiv awarded Mr. Getmanenko a Certificate of Merit for personal contribution to Kyiv banking system development.

12-11-2007 – Property category of the Bank is changed to Open Joint-Stock Company “Commercial Bank EXPOBANK”.

1. The Bank becomes a member of First Stock Trading System Association.

2. EXPOBANK obtains a certificate of Brand Guard proving that the Bank occupies leading positions in the market and enjoys right of using Brand Guard rating trademark. The same year the Bank is awarded a correspondent certificate of Corporation Guard.

The Chairman of the Board of Commercial bank EXPOBANK is recognized to be the most successful top-manager of Ukrainian economics.

1. The Bank obtains the State Securities and Stock Market Committee License for securities issue and circulation.

2.  The Bank enters The Best Financial Companies Top-100 rating and is also awarded by Brand Guard a Diploma of Merit for effective brand creation.

The Bank obtains permanent License of the National Bank of Ukraine for performance of bank transactions.

The Bank becomes member of Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund.

1. The Bank enters fund section of Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.

2. International electronic payments system of the Bank of New York is introduced.

3. The Bank is awarded a medal “For business co-operation”.

4. The Integrated database management system ISAOD-BANK is employed.

5. The Bank is re-registered in the National bank of Ukraine and obtains new Bank Transactions License.

6. The Bank begins to sell Thomas Cook travel checks.

1. The bank is awarded a Euromarket-1995 Golden Cup.

2. The Bank begins to work with internal government loan bond certificates. International electronic payment system in association with CREDITIMPEXBANK (Russia) is introduced.

3. The Bank obtains a permission of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for investment fund depositary or investment company activities.

4. The first payments via electronic system Client-Bank are made.

5. Statutory changes are registered.

6. First saving certificates are issued.

7. Yuriy Get'manenko, the Head of the Board of the Bank is awarded a special medal “General Manager-1995”.

8. License of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for performance of intermediate securities activities is obtained.

9. Direct electronic communication system Micro-Cash with the bank of New York is employed.

1. The bank becomes the first in Ukraine to introduce direct electronic communication system with COMMERZBANK (Germany).

2. Borshchagivka affiliated office is opened.

3. The Bank moves to its new office on Dmitrivska street, 18/24.

4. Podilska affiliated office is opened.

5. International electronic payment system in association with COMMERZBANK is employed.

6. The bank gets connected to SWIFT international bank network.

7. Silver commemorative of the bank is issued.

1. The bank becomes one of the founders of the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.

2. Kyiv and Stankostroitel affiliated offices are opened.

3. The bank obtains License of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for performance of securities operations.

4. The Bank among the first 10 Ukrainian banks enters the system of electronic payments.

5. Kharkiv affiliated office is opened.

6. The Bank is connected to the NBU electronic mail system.

7. The Bank purchases 5 trolleybuses for Kyiv Municipality.

8. Nyvky affiliated office is opened.

1. General License of the National Bank of Ukraine for foreign currency transactions performance is obtained.

2. The bank opens first correspondent accounts in foreign banks: DRESDNER BANK and BERLINER BANK (Germany).
